It’s all about the audience, any seasoned musician will tell you so. Having learnt this at an early age, Sean started playing the local bar scene at the tender age of 16. Since then, he has graced the stages of some of Canada’s largest music halls including Barymore’s in Ottawa, Foufones Electric in Montreal, The Reverb in Toronto, and the Star Club in Hamilton as well as shared the stage with many of Canada’s finest artists, everyone from April Wine to Sum 41. Although he no longer fronts the Alt-Rock band Ritual who’s credentials included winning Ottawa radio station 106.9 the Bear’s Rock Search, having a song used in a Pontiac radio ad and performing on the Tom green show, Sean remains musically active by playing in the acoustic folk rock band - the Trench Town Oddities - not to mention venturing down new and exciting avenues including a one man acoustic show which allows him to perform some of his favorite songs from the past 30 years. Eclectic and entertaining, this is music at its purest form – 1 voice – 1 guitar – truly where Sean Harley shines. |
